ECO-LEATHER: A sustainable alternative to traditional leather, made from synthetic materials or eco-friendly sources like plant-based or recycled fibers. It reduces environmental impact through more responsible production processes.
RECYCLED COMPOSITE FIBERGLASS TOE-CAPS: Eco-friendly, lightweight safety caps offering durable impact and compression protection. Made from Glass fiber reinforced Bio-based polyamide laminates, they deliver a sustainable & lightweight option for reliable safety and comfort in demanding work conditions.
Aerotech Bamboo Insoles are eco-friendly, ultra-comfortable insoles crafted from sustainably sourced bamboo, offering natural breathability and support. Designed for lasting comfort, these insoles provide a lightweight feel while promoting environmental responsibility with every step.
AIR 3D BAMBOO LINING are eco-friendly and soft crafted from sustainably sourced bamboo, offering natural breathability with anti-bacterial treatment for odour control.

At Acme, we have a strong commitment to sustainability by following the 3Rs – Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Here’s how we take action

Optimizing Material Usage
We optimize material usage through Red21 software and SAP systems to minimize waste and avoid excess consumption. We also promote sustainability by incorporating recycled materials such as microfiber, linings, insoles, laces, and paper into our products.

In-House Waste Upcycling & Recycling
We promote circular waste management by upcycling PU and PVC waste, converting textile and foam scraps into bonded foam, and recycling lining waste into polyester yarn. Leather, outsole, and paper waste are also repurposed through certified recycling and recovery processes.

Collaboration with Trusted Recycling Partners
Fasteners are sent for metal recycling, lace waste is outsourced for reuse and recycling, and leather waste is further processed into poultry and fish feed, supporting our zero-waste initiatives.

Future Collaboration with FFG
We continue to enhance waste segregation and post-consumer recycling while strengthening in-house initiatives such as PVC reuse and PU midsole recycling. Additionally, leather is recycled into sheets at our factories, and toe caps are outsourced to further reduce waste generation.
