Unmatched Production Capacity

Our 4 state-of-the-art ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facilities equipped with cutting-edge European and Japanese automation currently provide a combined production capacity of 40 lac pairs annually – the largest in India.

With over 5 lakh sq ft of manufacturing space, we control the entire end-to-end process in-house including:

  • Procuring leather and components of stringent quality
  • Cutting and stitching durable, comfortable uppers
  • Injection molding protective toe caps and outsoles
  • Quality inspection and testing at multiple stages
  • Final finishing and packaging

This vertical integration enables stringent quality control and cost optimization that is passed on to customers.
